Mostly I fill in the parts like the basics, interests, etc. I do something similar…although I usually just write down certain qualities. Your template has more info than mine does..
But I always write out a character sketch for each character of mine so that I can refer back to it. Anyone who finds my notebook would probably think I was stalking my characters..
